They are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within my membership area may be used.

All Graphics are Copyrighted to myself  Lilac.

This site and My Graphics are Not Public Domain and must not be treated as such they are linkware only.

A visible link must be available for the graphics linked to  http://www.lilacdoodles.co.uk

 Please take a logo from the members area  and display it on your site.

Please save all images to your own hard drive.

My Graphics are not to be redistributed or diplayed as is they must be coloured and/or  added to.

You may use these images as you wish for as long as you remain a paid member of my site . My only exception is that you do not use any of my images for tubes in any shape or form . (There is no way to keep a track of tubes and inevitably the proper credit is not given!)

Once your membership expired you may not use any item to make profit from. A Link back is still required .

I will require access if you have a members area so I can make sure my terms are being followed. I will not take or use anything from your members area, if I decide that there is something there that I would like to use then I will pay your membership fee and join. Please supply me with this information when you join.

Once Membership has been approved and you have access to the member area, the fee may not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

I Reserve the right to add to or change these rules as I require .
